Refund Policy:
All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months on the Build 1 Thing Membership regardless of whether the student has logged in to view the content. Special exceptions may be made per basis.

Billing Policy:
Our billing system is automated and we do not have the ability to freeze or skip payments or adjust the billing cycle for any of our members. Upon signup members will be billed automatically every 30 days for the monthly option, every 3 months for the quarterly option and one time per year for the annual option.
When a subscription payment has failed and surpassed the four retry attempts, the Offer will automatically be revoked and you will lose access to the Product(s).
Payments can fail when a your recurring payment is not processed successfully. These failures can stem from a variety of reasons, including:
- Lack of a payment method tied to the customer record.
- An expired payment method.
- The payment is declined, which can happen for a variety of reasons.
