Build 1 Thing Coaching & Community Service Agreement

1. Introduction

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for participation in the Build 1 Thing coaching program offered by Build 1 Thing, LLC, tailored for creators, artists, and entrepreneurs.

2. Scope of Services

Weekly group coaching calls.
Updated training modules on new technologies.
Monthly workshops.

3. Payment Terms

Membership: $47 per month, with options for quarterly or annual payments.
Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel at any time.
Prices Subject to Change at anytime: If prices increase you will be notified and grandfathered in at the rate in which you registered at for one year.
Refund Policy: Refunds for the current month's payment are available if a member attends at least four calls but finds no value, followed by cancellation of the membership.

4. Participant Commitments

Attendance at every call is expected but not mandatory for maximum benefit.
Call recordings are accessible in the member's login portal.

5. Confidentiality

Personal information of participants will be confidential and not shared or sold to third parties.

6. Use of Coaching Materials

Application of coaching tools, tactics, and strategies is recommended for optimal benefit.
Individual results may vary, and effectiveness is not guaranteed for all.

7. Code of Conduct

Membership may be terminated without refund for any form of harassment or engagement in negativity or profanity.
The program fosters a positive and supportive community.

8. Audio/Video Release

Build 1 Thing, LLC reserves the right to use audio and video recordings from training calls for marketing purposes.
Participants preferring not to have their audio or video used must inform the coaches upon joining to ensure proper notation in their account.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the coaching services provided and does not cover indirect damages or losses.

10. Termination Clause

This agreement may be terminated by either party under the outlined terms.

11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

Participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this service agreement for the Build 1 Thing coaching program by enrolling in the program.
